Kashoo Classic: Changing Billing Information

Upgrade, Change, or Cancel Your Kashoo Subscription Plan

Do you need to upgrade, change, or cancel your plan? Here's how.

Note: Billing is done on a per-business basis; updating details on one does not affect the others.

Go to the Subscription Page

Click on Settings in the top right hand corner.

Then click on Subscription in the menu.


Change Your Plan

To change your plan, select the Change Plan button.

Next, choose your preferred plan then click the Update Subscription button.

If you have a coupon code, enter it in the "Enter coupon code" field, then click on Proceed to Checkout.

The window will walk you through the process to confirm or change your billing address and credit card information, then click the Pay [the amount] and Subscribe button.

Cancel Your Subscription

Please note that if you cancel your subscription your account will be fully removed from the system and you won't be able to view it any further.

1. Click on Settings in the top right hand corner.

2. Next go to Subscription.

3. Then click on the Cancel Subscription link.

The window title and the text above the text box will tell you which business you are about to cancel. Once you confirm this is the right business, click on the Cancel Subscription button below. You will no longer be billed.

Important: Cancelling will remove your business from TrulySmall Accounting. You will no longer be able to access its data. If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing period, the unused portion will be forfeited.

To exit the Settings section at any time, click the <- back arrow in the upper left.


Subscription Issues

If any of your subscriptions are not up-to-date, you'll be automatically taken to the Subscription page in the Settings area where you can choose a plan or update your billing information as needed.

If you only have 1 business you will need to update your subscription or billing information before you can do any work in the software. If you have multiple businesses and want to work in a different business then you need to select the other business from the drop-down list in the top left-hand corner to continue.

Once you have updated your Subscription and Billing you can click the <- back arrow in the upper left to return to the main account window and continue entering data in Kashoo.
