Subscription and Billing
To manage your subscription plan, login to the Web App and go to Settings > Subscription and Billing.
Delete your Account
Deleting your TrulySmall Accounting account means your login profile and all businesses where you are a primary user will be permanently removed from our system.
Note: This action is irreversible and you will not be entitled to reimbursement for the duration of your subscription.

Tap on the menu icon on the top left corner.
Step 2
Next, tap on your user profile at the bottom to view your account information.
Step 3
Next, tap on Delete Account at the bottom.
Step 4
A message will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of your account. If you are sure you want to delete your account, enter "DELETE" and click on the "Delete My Account" button.
Once you have completed these steps, your TrulySmall Accounting profile and all related data will be permanently removed from our system. This means that you will no longer have access to your account information, transactions, or any other data associated with your account. Please note that this action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you change your mind and want to use TrulySmall Accounting again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
