Do you run multiple businesses? Great! Kashoo let’s you manage the books for all of them under a single login.

Adding a Business

On the top left hand corner of the left hand side navigation menu find the drop down menu with your business name. Click on the drop down, which will show you all the businesses you currently have access to, and then click on Add Kashoo Business.

Set up the new business following the same procedures as you did when setting up your first business.

In the future, you will be able to use the same drop down menu to access all the businesses you are managing as well as be able to add new businesses.

Removing a Business

On the top left hand corner of the left hand side navigation menu find the drop down menu with your business name, click on the drop down, and select the business you wish to remove.

Please note that if you cancel your subscription your account will be fully removed from the system and you won't be able to view it any further.

Go to the Settings page by clicking on Settings in the top right corner.

Next go to Subscription and Billing.

Then click on Cancel Subscription

Type in cancel and then click on the Cancel Subscription button. Please make sure you export a copy of any data you need before you complete this step.

How many businesses can I add?

There is no set limit on the number of businesses you can track in the system. However, if you have a lot of them you might find that the list of businesses goes off the bottom of the screen and it becomes hard to switch to businesses further down the list. Also, each business has its own subscription to the service, so you’ll pay an additional monthly or annual fee for each business you add.

Multi-User Access

Oftentimes, the desire to set up multiple business files is associated with the need to give access to multiple users to collaborate on business files. If this applies to you, please refer to our help file on Adding Multiple Users to Your Business.
