Even though Kashoo can be used in an offline mode, when you go to sign up or choose a subscription you need to be connected to the internet. If you are having trouble here are some troubleshooting tips to help you get started:
Ensure your device is connected to the internet: check to see if your device does indeed have an Internet connection.
Enable In-App Purchases: Another reason may be that In-App purchases have been disabled. To enable them, go to Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases. More information about Restrictions can be found here
