When you have an issue with the Kashoo App on your iOS device we may request that you send us your Database & Activity Log. Here’s how you can do that:

  1. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner

  2. Tap on Help

  • Tap on Send Database and Activity Log

  • Please wait until the Database & Activity Log file has been sent.

  • Add a message as to why you’re sending us the Database & Activity Log and tap Send.
