Subscription and Billing
To manage your subscription plan, login to the Kashoo Web App and go to Settings > Subscription and Billing.
Delete your Account
Deleting your Kashoo account means your login profile and all businesses where you are a primary user will be permanently removed from our system.
Note: This action is irreversible and you will not be entitled to reimbursement for the duration of your subscription.
Steps:
1. Tap on the menu icon on the top left corner.
2. Then tap on your user profile at the bottom to view your account information.
3. Next, tap on Delete Account at the bottom.
4. Carefully read the warning message then type in "DELETE" and confirm.
