Paid subscription

Whether you subscribe to Kashoo via the iPad or Web app, your subscription to Kashoo let’s you access your business via both the iPad and the web app.

Reconciling bank feeds / statements

Only the web app allows you to reconcile your bank feeds / import bank transactions.

Note: Once you Add bank transactions on the web app’s Banking page, the transactions will then be visible in the iPad app.

Multi-currency

  • iPad: no
  • Web: yes

Only the web app allows you to access your multi-currency business. You will not be able to access any business from the iPad app if it contains multi-currency transactions.

Importing data

Only the web app allows you to import a trial balance, Clients and Suppliers.

File sales taxes

  • Web: yes

Adding and collecting sales taxes can be done in both the iPad and web apps, but filing the taxes can only be done from the web app.

Note: Filing sales taxes refers to calculating sales taxes due or receivable within Kashoo and recording the quarterly payable or receivable, you still need to report your taxes to your tax authority.
