Contacts are a central part of the new Kashoo. Here you can see all the customers and vendors with which you do business. Any transactions related to a given contact will appear on their individual Contact Page.

Contacts are created in two ways. They are automatically created when transactions that are associated with a contact are cleared from your Inbox.  Kashoo identifies the contact and creates the contact record on your behalf with all the transactions which are associated with that contact.

Secondly, you can manually create a contact by click on the "Add Individual" or "Add Company" button.

For each contact, Kashoo displays the total amount of sales and bills paid for this contact in the top-right corner of the page.  

Individual Transactions related to a given contact can be edited from the contact screen, just as they would from the Transaction screen.
